Offers a diverse portfolio of consumer loans, with various financial products: personal loan, renovation loan, car purchase loan, debt consolidation loan, Privilege program, as well as commodity lending. It offers its services in nearly 2,150 locations and has its own branch network of 44 representative offices throughout the country. It takes care of nearly 1,000 employees.
Brief
To build a design identity and improve the usability of the site
BNP Paribas was looking for an aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly website that would provide customers with a quick and easy way to access services and information, while providing a seamless experience regardless of the user's device.
Problems
Our team emphasized visual design elements such as illustrations and vibrant colors that are in line with the bank's existing guidelines.
The aesthetics of the website allow users to easily browse and find different products, creating a seamless experience.
Design
The design posed several challenges, the main one being the adoption of a user-centric approach that would improve ease of navigation and overall website performance, while taking into account the wide range of products and services offered by BNP. We overcame this challenge by streamlining the navigation process, reformatting the layout and providing more detailed information about the products offered.
Site map
We focused on several things: user paths to have a clear beginning and be distinguished by meaning – Products, news, who we are, careers and information on personal data protection.
Font
The BNPP Sans font is used, which is BNP's proprietary font.
Colors
The colors are divided into primary and secondary, all of which are from the BNP style guide.

Functionalities
Finance your plans conveniently and easily.
BNP Paribas is developed with several functionalities such as: Chat assistant, loan calculator, budget advisor, credit assessment and online payment.
Chat with an online assistant
We developed a chat functionality with an online assistant, through which we can quickly and in real time receive information about the amount we want.
